NordVPN extension's lightweight blocker for Stripchat browsing.

Definition​

Threat Protection Lite is the NordVPN browser extension's version of Threat Protection. It filters DNS requests and HTTP(S) responses inside the extension to block malicious links, intrusive ads, and trackers.

Why it matters​

  • Safer mirror discovery: Blocks known phishing sites pretending to be Stripchat.
  • Lower resource footprint: Runs entirely in the extension, so low-power devices still benefit.
  • Complement to desktop app: Adds filtering even when you only use the extension on shared computers.

Usage​

  1. Install NordVPN's Chrome/Firefox extension and sign in.
  2. Toggle Threat Protection Lite in the extension menu.
  3. Keep the extension updated; filter lists refresh with each release.
