How Smart DNS reroutes Stripchat lookups without full encryption.

Definition​

Smart DNS services swap your device's DNS resolvers with ones hosted by the provider and proxy select traffic through regional endpoints. Unlike a VPN, Smart DNS does not encrypt the full connection - it only rewrites DNS queries so streaming or adult sites such as Stripchat think you are visiting from another country.

Why it matters​

  • Fast unblocking: Because traffic stays unencrypted, Smart DNS preserves near-native speeds for video.
  • Device compatibility: Works on TVs, consoles, and routers that cannot run VPN apps.
