ISP-issued IPs that make Stripchat traffic look like real household users.

Definition​

Residential proxies route traffic through IP addresses assigned to real homes by ISPs. Unlike datacenter proxies, they blend in with normal consumer traffic.

Why it matters​

  • Higher trust: Stripchat and ISPs are less likely to block residential IPs.
  • Bypass region bans: Appearing as a local household sidesteps country-level restrictions.
  • Account automation: Safer for running monitoring bots without tripping datacenter IP blacklists.

Considerations​

  1. Respect provider policies - selling access to hijacked or malware-infected devices is unethical.
  2. Residential bandwidth is limited; throttle heavy Stripchat streaming to avoid suspicion.
  3. Combine with HTTPS to keep proxies from viewing content.
